My Beauty Office provides website design, setup and hosting ("Websites"), video editing subscriptions, and managed remote staffing placements ("Beauty Employee"). Each service's scope, deliverables, and limits are described on its service page and order confirmation, which form part of these terms.
You agree to provide accurate onboarding materials you have rights to use, direct the day-to-day work of any placed remote employee lawfully and respectfully, and not request services for unlawful purposes. For medspas/clinics: remote employees provide administrative support only; all medical judgment, advice, and compliance remain with your licensed staff.
Setup fees are due at checkout; subscriptions bill monthly in advance until cancelled. Taxes are additional where applicable. Failed payments may pause service after notice.
On full payment, you own your site content and finished edited videos. We retain rights to our templates, systems, and processes. Where you give explicit consent at onboarding, your signature, business name, and hello video may be displayed publicly on our "Wall" page and social channels; you may withdraw this consent anytime by emailing support@mybeautyoffice.com and we will remove your entry within 7 days. With consent, we may also feature your transformation in our portfolio and marketing.
No unlawful, deceptive, or abusive use of our services or staff; no harassment of team members; no use of our systems to send spam. We may suspend service for violations after notice where practicable.
Services are provided with reasonable skill and care. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the three months preceding a claim; we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or social media platform actions.
