Websites, content, and people — for the industry that taught our founder everything.
I'm Laiba Zaid. Over the last several years I built a community of more than a million women on Instagram — through beauty, fitness, and thousands of unglamorous hours you never saw: answering DMs at midnight, editing until 2am, losing bookings because I couldn't reply fast enough.
Along the way I spent over $40,000 on websites, funnels, tools, and systems — and spent years recruiting, training, and managing remote professionals for businesses across North America. Between the audience and the operations, I ended up with something rare: I know exactly what a beauty business needs to run, and I have the trained team to actually do it.
My Beauty Office is those two worlds combined, focused on one industry. We build the websites and booking systems beauty businesses actually need. We edit the content that grows them. And we place remote employees inside them — recruited and trained in-house through our Beauty Employee Training Course: tonality, professionalism, and how beauty businesses run in the USA, UK and Canada. Training gives them context; each client onboards them to their own business.
Why beauty only? Because generic agencies treat a lash studio like a law firm. We know what a fill is. We know brides inquire at 10pm on Sundays. We know your camera roll is full and your feed is empty. This industry made me — this company is how I give the infrastructure back.
You built this business with your own two hands. Let's get you some.
Laiba runs strategy, quality and client care — backed by our in-house recruiting and training engine: designers, editors, and pre-screened remote employees, with about 1 in 300 applicants making the roster.
