Website build ($1,000): fully refundable before your build begins (onboarding form submitted). Once production starts, the fee becomes non-refundable, as work is custom. If we fail to deliver a preview within 15 business days of complete onboarding, you may request a full refund.
Video editing subscriptions: cancel anytime, effective at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial-month refunds; undelivered videos owed for a paid month are still delivered or credited.
Beauty Employee: the first week is a free trial, held by a $100 deposit. The deposit is fully refundable: it is credited against the first month’s subscription if the placement continues, and refunded in full if it does not — an alternative match may be offered first. No subscription is charged during the trial week; cancel during it and no subscription becomes due. Monthly placements are month-to-month; cancel with 14 days' notice before your billing date.
Monthly fees bill automatically on your cycle date: website plans ($20/mo Essentials or $75/mo Professional, first charge one month after your order — covers hosting, software licences, automations, and technical support; includes small content edits — 1 a month on Essentials, 2 on Professional; larger changes are quoted), editing plans ($699/$1,100/mo from purchase; the $899 one-time bundle is not a subscription and does not renew), Beauty Employee placements ($499/mo part-time or $899/mo full-time, billed from the day your trial converts). Every website client's first monthly plan payment (Essentials or Professional) is free — it covers the build period — so the first plan charge falls one month after the order. Website clients who sign our client wall with a 30-second hello video before their build is finished receive a second month free. This applies to website plans only, not to video editing or Beauty Employee subscriptions. Price changes are notified 30 days in advance and never applied retroactively; your rate stays locked while continuously subscribed. Cancelling website hosting takes your site offline at cycle end — we'll export your content on request within 30 days.
Video editing — one-time bundle ($899): 30 short-form videos (or 7 long-form). All footage must be submitted within 30 days of purchase, and delivery completes within 60 days of purchase. Unused videos expire at day 60 and are not refundable — editor capacity is reserved and paid for from the date of purchase. Fully refundable before any footage is submitted. The bundle is a one-time service fee, does not renew, and carries no subscription.
Normal appointment-reminder and follow-up volume is included: up to 300 texts a month on Essentials and 1,000 on Professional, plus up to 10,000 emails. Above that, texts are 3¢ each (US/Canada) or 8p (UK), always quoted and approved before anything is sent. Marketing SMS always includes STOP opt-out.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Open to beauty-business owners and founders aged 18+ in the USA, Canada (excluding Quebec) and UK. We give away one website every month. One entry per person/business per calendar month; entries close at the end of each month and the winner is announced the following month on our social channels. Winner(s) selected at My Beauty Office's sole discretion from eligible entries; announced on our social channels and contacted by email; unclaimed prizes after 14 days may be re-awarded.
Prize: one complete website build (value $1,000) plus 12 months of the Professional plan (value $900), a public shoutout, and a featured transformation. No cash alternative; not transferable. Winner agrees to public feature as consented at entry. Standard build timelines and onboarding requirements apply.
Existing customers may enter, and purchasing does not affect your chances of winning — there is no reason to delay a purchase while waiting on the giveaway. If an entrant who has already paid for a website build is selected, My Beauty Office refunds the $1,000 build fee that entrant paid, and the 12 months of Professional plan included in the prize run from the date the winner is notified. Plan fees for months already served before that date are not refunded. This applies to website purchases only — Video Editing and Beauty Employee subscriptions are separate services and are not refunded against this prize.
