Everything you're wondering

Service-specific questions also live on each service page.

All of them — makeup artists, bridal MUAs, lash/nail/brow studios, salons, medspas and aesthetic clinics, estheticians, PMU and microblading artists, spray tan, waxing and sugaring studios, day spas, extensions and wigs, henna artists, beauty coaches, creators, and beauty e-commerce brands. If your business makes people feel beautiful, you're in.

A done-for-you build: your custom website (mobile-first), written around your services, prices and city; your booking calendar set up; your domain connected; one consolidated revision round; and a walkthrough video so you can see exactly how it works. There is no compulsory onboarding call — you watch it when it suits you, GoHighLevel’s own tutorials cover anything deeper, and support is one email away whenever you're stuck. Which automations run alongside it depends on the plan you choose — Essentials or Professional. Full details on the websites page.

Your website isn't a file we hand over — it's hosted, maintained and connected to a live booking system, and that costs money every month whether you're using it or not. Essentials is $20/month and covers exactly that: your site stays up, stays secure, and keeps taking bookings, instead of quietly breaking six months after launch with nobody looking after it.

Essentials is $20/month and covers hosting, your booking calendar, appointment reminders, security and support. Professional is $75/month and adds the whole follow-up system on top — it replaces the $150–300/month those tools cost separately. Either way, your first month of the plan is free — it covers the build — so your first plan charge is a month after you order.

7–10 business days from a completed onboarding form. Photos and prices are the usual bottleneck — have them ready and you'll launch fast.

Website: logo, colours, services, prices, photos, policies (the onboarding form walks you through it). Editing: raw phone footage in a shared folder. Beauty Employee: your prices, policies and how you like to sound — they arrive pre-screened and grounded in beauty-industry basics; you teach them your business.

Websites include one consolidated revision round before launch — you submit all changes together through a structured form and we apply them at once. Videos include two revision rounds each. Beauty Employees don't have "revisions" — if the match isn't right, we find you a replacement.

Fully, until you submit your onboarding form. After that it's non-refundable because the work is custom — unless we fail to show you a preview within 15 business days of complete onboarding, in which case you get all of it back.

Small edits — a price, your hours, a service, a photo swap — are included: one a month on Essentials, two on Professional, done within three working days. Bigger changes like a new page are quoted. Rewording what your automations say is free for your first month. Your first month of your plan is on us — it covers the build — and if you sign our client wall with a 30-second hello video before we finish building, your second month is on us too.

Connecting a domain you own is included with both plans. New domains cost ~$15–20/year paid to the registrar — we help you set it up.

Yes — your booking calendar, CRM and forms are part of both plans, and Professional adds the full automation stack. No extra subscriptions to buy.

Yes, but you're unlikely to hit them. Normal appointment-reminder and follow-up volume is included: up to 300 texts a month on Essentials and 1,000 on Professional, plus up to 10,000 emails. Above that, texts are 3¢ each (US/Canada) or 8p (UK), always quoted and approved before anything is sent. See policies.

Yes — the one-time bundle is $899 for 30 short-form videos (or 7 long-form), the same as a month of Starter, with nothing recurring. Send all your footage within 30 days of purchase and everything is delivered within 60. Anything you haven't sent by day 60 expires and isn't refundable, because we reserve an editor for you for those two months — but it's fully refundable any time before you send your first clip.

1080p+ phone footage, vertical for shorts, dropped into your shared folder. Shorts up to 60s; long-form up to 10 minutes. A simple short is often edited the same day it lands — sometimes within hours; long-form usually takes 2–3 days.

Your hours — your employee works your timezone and schedule, part-time (20 hrs/week) or full-time (45 hrs/week). You direct the day-to-day; we handle payroll, compliance, attendance, and replacements.

What they do is as broad as what you train them for — reception, DMs, bookings, admin, e-commerce, social media and more. They arrive pre-screened and grounded in beauty-industry service basics; you teach them your business.

The trial week itself is free — you pay no subscription for it. It is held by a $100 deposit, and the deposit is fully refundable. Keep your employee and it comes straight off your first month. Decide they are not the right fit and we either match you with someone else or refund it. We ask for it because a trial week is a real employee’s week of paid work on our side, so it is simply how we know an enquiry is serious — either way the money is yours.

All plans are month-to-month. Website and video plans end at the close of your billing cycle; Beauty Employee placements need 14 days' notice before your billing date. The $1,000 build is a one-time service fee. Cancelling your website plan takes your site and booking system offline at the end of the cycle — we export your content on request.
