I'm Laiba Zaid. Over the last several years I built a community of more than a million women on Instagram — through beauty, fitness, and thousands of unglamorous hours you never saw: answering DMs at midnight, editing until 2am, losing bookings because I couldn't reply fast enough.

The things people ask first.

Can I just buy the website on its own?

Your website isn't a file we hand over — it's hosted, maintained and connected to a live booking system, and that costs money every month whether you're using it or not. Essentials is $20/month and covers exactly that: your site stays up, stays secure, and keeps taking bookings.

How long does website setup take?

7–10 business days from a completed onboarding form. Photos and prices are the usual bottleneck — have them ready and you'll launch fast.

Can I get videos without a subscription?

Yes — the one-time bundle is $899 for 30 short-form videos (or 7 long-form), the same as a month of Starter, with nothing recurring.

What hours does a Beauty Employee work?

Your hours — your employee works your timezone and schedule, part-time (20 hrs/week) or full-time (45 hrs/week). You direct the day-to-day; we handle payroll, compliance, attendance, and replacements.

What are the cancellation policies?

All monthly plans are month-to-month and cancellable anytime, effective at the end of the billing cycle. The $1,000 build is a one-time service fee. Cancelling your website plan takes your site and booking system offline at the end of the cycle — we export your content on request.
